Imperial Beauty products are only available through www.imperialbeauty.org website!

Do you ship internationally!

Yes we do! Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or other charges! It is your responsibility to check these charges prior placing an order! We don`t take responsibility for any custom or handling fees nor will they be reimbursed by Imperial Beauty Ltd.!

What delivery and shipping options do you have?

We offer 2 different delivery options on domestic orders!
Standard delivery takes usually 4-6 working days but may take up to 10 working days to arrive and
Express delivery which usually takes 2-4 working days!

International orders may vary in time depending on how far the country is from the United Kingdom!

When will I receive my order?

Depending on where you located! Domestic orders can take up to 10 working days and International orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive! We do not take any responsibility for any transportation strikes or delays!

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we can not accept cancellations! All orders placed are final!

Can I have an exchange?

If for any reason a product arrives damaged, you must contact Imperial Beauty Ltd. via info@imperialbeauty.org within 24 hours of receiving the product! Include name, account log in email, order number/reference number, order date and time, explanation and minimum of 2 photos of the issue!
