Registration
When you create a product ordering account you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You must use your own personal information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. Any changes to your personal data should be updated immediately.

Orders and Delivery Options
You are allowed to purchase products for the intention of your own personal use only. 
We offer 2 different delivery options to choose from!
Standard delivery which may take up to 10 working days to arrive and
Express delivery which usually takes 2-4 working days!

Free shipping on all products to UK addresses, for other countries check price individually at checkout.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express via online payment powered by wix.com
The stated price is the product price for each product at the product page.
The total price is at the payment page including your chosen shipping option.

Full payment required to place your order.


Returns and Refunds

Imperial Beauty Ltd. reserves the right to refuse all return requests for working goods in the warranty period as all purchases are final or return requests for any goods after the warranty period.

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact Imperial Beauty Ltd. via info@imperialbeauty.org within 24 hours of receiving the product! Include name, account log in email, order number/reference number, order date and time, explanation and minimum of 2 photos of the issue!
In case of a faulty product we are more than happy to replace it after we examined the faulty item! 
Product must be unused! We replace only faulty or damaged products!

We are unable to replace or refund used goods without any fault or damage! 

Make sure to run a test on all electronic appliances before use! Customer is entitled for an exchange if the product been received was faulty!
